Villas at DLH at 7 months

How hard is it to get a deluxe studio at DL Villas for July? I will be trying next week right at 7 months. I see availability now, but hoping it is not like VGC or Aulani (which I am also trying for soon).

There isn’t really a lot of data because it hasn’t been open that long.

I agree with @AstroBlasters - however, I rent from an owner (of WDW DVC resorts) and when it opened up last year, he was able to get me a VDH for November 2023 and January 2024 at the 7 month mark.
