Anyone have any experience renting a townhouse or house through this company? They are rated well with the Better Business Bureau, but I would feel better if I heard some positive stories from fellow DISers.

Yikes! Judging by the lack of comments I'm beginning to think Villas 4 Less isn't a great rental company. They have a great price for a Windsor Hills Townhouse we are interested in. We've used other rental companies in the past, but this company was offering the best rate for our upcoming stay.

When I was researching rental homes in Windsor Hills, I got the same advice over and over again: "You get what you pay for." When going the rental home route, it's not necessarily the best idea to pick the home that comes in with the cheapest quote.

Often the people who charge a bit more are more apt to do preventative maintenance on their houses vs. just waiting for something to break before fixing it.
