Villains Question...

Hello Everyone...I am new to the boards here and am looking forward to chatting with you all. I go to Disney every January and have a son who is absolutely crazy about the villains (Jafar is his favorite). But they are not around anymore, except for in the parades. I understand that there was a problem with people complaining about villain behavior (which makes no sense, because villains are not supposed to act pleasant!) but I am hoping that there is somewhere that they can be seen on a more up close and personal basis...he is asking Santa for that for heaven's sake!!! I am at a loss...does anyone know something that I don't? Thanks so much everyone

We've seen Jafar, Cruella, Hook and Smee out for autographs quite frequently. We also saw the witch from Snow White (in her old hag getup) in MGM once.

Ask at customer service when you get to a park and they can tell you who will be out - you can ask about villians and see what they say...

We've never had a hard time getting the villains...particularly Jafar, who I know we've seen every trip. MGM near the hat is a good spot to look, and Jafar should be easy to find near the Magic Carpets at MK.

My DSs love the villains too. The former villains character meal at GF was the best. We have seen the most villains at MGM. Get the character schedule from customer service at MGM.

We saw Captain Hook and Smee near Pirates of the Caribbean and the Queen of Hearts near the Sorcerer's Hat at MGM.

I was at WDW for Halloween and saw Frollo, Cruella and the Queen of Hearts in front of Cinderella's Castle at MK. I've also seen Jafar at Morocco in EPCOT.

I don't set out to find the characters, but just by happening upon them on our last trip (early Oct.) saw Capt. Hook and Mr. Smee between the store exit of PotC and the bathroom entrance (mid-morning) and also saw the Queen of Hearts (along with Alice, the Rabbit and both of the Tweedles) by the Tea Cups (mid afternoon). I have also seen numerous Villians at MGM.

Your best bet is to check with a CM at guest relations in the morning as they usually have lists of where what characters will be throughout the day.
