Villa rentals outside Disney

Looking to rent a Villa in the Orlando area. Areas being considered:

Highlands Reserve (Golf course) in Davenport
Formosa Gardens, Kissimmee
Remington (Golf Course) Kissimmee

Anyone familiar with any of these areas? Want somewhere nice...and DH wants golf!

We have had great success at this villa that we found on vrbo.com about 4 years ago:

We usually pay $100 a night, tax and pool heat in. It is extremely clean and well cared for. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. We have stayed at other villas but prefer this one. Great management company, the owners are excellent to work with, games room, etc. It's actually nicer than the pictures. We can usually haggle with them concerning the price to include the pool heat. No extra cleaning fee.

Unfortunately it's not big enough, we are wanting a 6 bdrm..

We like Summerbay. Silver Lake was Ok for the price we paid. Both are in the Sherberth road area very close to AK.

We rented a townhouse in Windsor Hills for 2008 Holiday's and it was a great stay! Would go back anytime!

Managed to find a really nice villa on the 1st Fairway at Highlands Reserve..5bdrms...pool ...the whole deal!

I would suggest the championsgate area - westhaven/the sanctuary - it is a great are with a golf course at championsgate plus others in easy driving distance.
