Can anyone recommend some villa/condo websites that offer good deals for late availability?

SRON, you can look up three firms who all usually offer good deals on holiday homes.

First, Premier Homes have a special discounted offer available here through the DIS. Just click on the Orlando Hotel Discounts link at the top of this page.

Second, Alexander Holiday Homes are a large and reliable company, and can be checked out at www.floridasunshine.com

Third, Florida Leisure also check out well in an area of the business that can be a bit of a minefield for the unwary. Check them out on www.floridaleisure.com

There are many more, but these three are all guaranteed to provide good service at a good price, in my experience.
