Hi there, does anyone know where we could book a villa near Disney for four nights instead of the normal full week?

Thanks in advance.

I don't know if you specifically have to have a house. If not, Bonnet Creek is wonderful (1, 2, 3, and 4BR units). You actually have to drive onto Disney property. Our unit (a 2BR/2BA) was in building 5, and we could sit on the balcony each night and watch the fireworks from both Magic Kingdom and Epcot. The resort is gorgeous with a lazy river, several pools, mini-golf, and an activity building (also transportation to Disney if you wish to use it).

I got mine from an owner off ebay. You can check that out. Find an ownder with great feedback, SquareTrade verified, and Paypal protected. If they don't have the dates you want listed, email them and ask what they could get your dates for (you can email several sellers if you like) and ask if they would be willing to do an auction for you for the agreed upon dates and price. That's what I did, and it worked out great. Just be sure to use your credit card to pay for extra protection.

Several people on these boards have used Ken Price with great success (http://www.vacationupgrades.com). BTW, it sounds like the prices on the site can be negotiable, so you could contact him about your dates.

Mike Ditka's Runaway Beach Club is a great place for villas. They have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom villas with full kicthens and some have lofts for extra space. The 3 bedroom loft sleeps up to 14 people and its pretty cheap. The Lake Buena Vista Village and Spa also has condo rooms. Both of these hotels are only about 10-20 minutes away from the parks depending on the traffic.

PM'd you.

I just did it for 3 nights for 1/2 the cost of 2 resort rooms.... And it has 4 bedrooms 3 baths and its own pool! :woohoo: and there is only 3 of us going!!!!!

Most of the villas/homes will rent for less than a week if they have no other renters. All the owners I've dealt with on VRBO.com will rent less than a week. I rented a townhome in Terre Verde for 5 nights with no problem.

Even with the cleaning fee, it was still cheaper for us to stay at a 4 bedroom house, then 2 resort rooms at a Moderate

It never hurts to ask the owner once you've found a property you like! I guess it can depend on the owner's policy or the season/demand. You may even be able to get a great deal if you find a home where there are a few days open between bookings too.

If you can't find a villa through an owner for under a week, and don't mind the extra cost, we've rented through all star vacation homes for shorter visits and they were wonderful.

Good luck!
