We are visiting in August and prior to our week at WL I am planning a week in a villa for the non Disney activities. As we will be visiting US, IOA, SW, DC, and KSC I think it would be better to have a villa on the Eastern side of WDW and have options at the following areas,

Chatham Park
Hunters Creek
Montego Bay
Windward Cay
Whispering Oaks
Hamilton Reserve,

can anyone give me some idea if there would be any benefits to one area or another.

Thanks but am not sure what you are trying to help me with. I know where the areas are and US and SW but was asking opinions of the areas.

if those are houses - they should be on the first map.

you want to know the benefit of one area over the other.

so I though you were talking about how close they are to the parks?

if you are talking about something else - say.

nicer area - most of them are pretty nice - I would not go east us192 - just don't like the area. but that is not a good reason.

east is where I4 to the town of Kissimmee starts.

Chill Out, you made an assumption, I did not say I wanted a map.

I would like advice on what the areas are like and what other amenities are nearby, ie shops reataurants etc.
