Viggle App: Get rewards for watching television!

They should have ad/trailer counter like the check in history and are they are supposed to be two times a day or two times ever, it's starting to confuse me.

I got the following statement from Sherry at Viggle:

While you can watch as many videos and trailers and play as many games as you like, you will only receive points twice per day for each engagement.

It's two times per day.

Where are there games? I haven't seen them. The only thing close was when the Grammys were on and they had questions you could answer for extra points during the show. Is there an area for games that I'm missing?

I just love this app. We only have it on my DH's phone. I really wishing I would have gotten a iphone since I am a stay at home mom.

I do have a question about using targert GC to get Disney GC. Where are they located at target? I have never seen other GC at my target. maybe I am not looking hard enough.

Never seen games but I've noticed quizzes showing up for certain shows. I saw it with Survivor earlier this week.

My local Target didn't always sell Disney gift cards either, they just started in the past few months. The gift cards are located in the electronics section, where the I-tunes cards are. (On the end of an aisle.) :thumbsup2

Yea, I was wondering this as well. Maybe the trivia questions are the "games" that Viggle is referring to. Like Tink576 mentioned, I've only ever seen trivia questions. I tweeted Viggle awhile ago with this question, and I never got a response.

My Target has them in 2 places-
1. Front end near the registers (between the 2 sets of registers). They have an end cap that reads $25. On this end cap, there are a variety of different gift cards...Facebook, Cracker Barrel, Disney, etc all for $25.
2. Video/book Dept. There is an end cap there as well that has the $50 Disney GC.

Whenever I stop at Target, I have been getting a $25 Disney card with my Target Redcard so I get the 5% off and I am just stockpiling them for my August trip.

This sounds like a stupid question, so please forgive. I checked into a newsprogram that said it was over after 2 hours. I set my alarm and when I checked it still showed the red check mark.

Is it tru that as long as there is a check mark, you are checked into something?

also, if you are checked into something, but want to switch programs, like to something with bonus points, can you just check in again, and it will swich programs?

If not, do you need to actually log out and then back in to be able to check into the new program?

Thanks!

This is awesome. We have 4 apple devices and 4 family members working towards our August trip. Going to use these funds to justify fun tours and boat rentals:)

I saw this too! Not sure I'll have the patients to play along with all of them, that's a lot of work! :scared1: But I'll at least play along live with the Oscars, and probably at least check-into the others for the 'check-in bonus points.' The check-in bonus points for the Oscars is listed at 500, so hopefully it'll be the same for the other two.

To answer your first two questions:

Don't wait for Viggle to "get out" of a show before you start your next one, otherwise you might miss out on a few points. Let's say I watch something that is two hours, 2pm-4pm. Most of the time, Viggle doesn't get out of a show until a few minutes after it's over. So in the example it would be around 4:05pm. Those extra 5 minutes won't get you points while you're logged into the 2-4pm show. At 4:00pm I just get back in Viggle and check-into my next show. (Yes, even though the other show is still showing as being checked-in. Hope this makes sense!!

I'm not familiar with switching between shows that offer bonus points....I tend to stay with one show all the way through....so hopefully someone can help you with that one! :thumbsup2

Can someone please help. I did the update yesterday and it seems to have really messed up my account. I have been emailing Viggle, they dont seem to be able to help me. I just cashed in for a $15 GC to Target, but I never got a email sent to me if the info. The people at Viggle told me to look at my Reward History, but I dont see anything under my profile that says Reward History.

Can someone maybe tell me what it says above and below the words Reward History. I just want to make sure I am at the righ screen part.

Thank you guys so much. I am pulling my hair out since they already taken my 21,000 points:scared1:

I had mentioned in another post that I have not received any emails from Viggle when redeeming points - don't know why but I just work around it.

To see yor reward history, click on your picture or avatar in the top right corner. Next click the check in history in the middle which will open another drop down where you'll see Reward History. From there just click the one you're are looking for! :thumbsup2

Can you share what issues you've had with the new update?

Thanks,
Heather

Thank you!

What's their facebook page? I'm only finding an app one that is blank?

Grrrr... I just got enough points to redeem for another $15 Target gift card, and it says they are out when I tried to redeem. I will check back later. That would make my total $45 in less than two weeks.

Are you serious? :sad2: I'm so close to getting to 21000 today so I was praying the $15 would still be available. Sort of misleading since it shows in the rewards but I know what you mean - you hit redeem and then get an error message, right? :confused3

I do appreciate the head's up so I wouldn't be upset later on! I just pray they bring the Targets back in stock because after tomorrow with all the bonus points going on I think a lot more people will be cashing out!

Like you, if I can redeem my $15 today, I will have earned about $45 in two weeks! Little, by little...

Thanks,
Heather
