Viggle App: Get rewards for watching television!

Yeah, I've noticed that when I check in to shows religiously I can accumulate about 3-5k points in a day (I work from 8-5 every day so I can't check in during those times). But some days I'm lazy and don't check in anywhere, lol.

I was on a cruise all last week and got lucky that I had cell service in Puerto Rico and St. Thomas so I checked into the shows I watched while we were in the room.

I searched high and low on Lowes website and couldn't find out anything about using more than one card in a transaction....hopefully someone else will know the answer to this.

How long does it take it save up for a Lowes card? Depends on how much you 'Viggle.'

Regular TV watching: up to 12 hours per day at 2 points per minute. (That's 1,440 per day.) If you have the ability to check into shows for 12 hours.

Feature Show check-in bonuses: Average from 200 to 300 points per show. This is in addition to the regular points listed above.

Ads for points: These range from 15 to 100 points each.

I've been reading on Viggle's FB page, and it's interesting to see how long it takes for people to save for their reward. Some said it took them 2 weeks to get a $5 GC, (like the Lowes GC.) Others can get a $5 GC in 2 or 3 days.....just depends on how much you Viggle!

I am lucky that I'm at home during the week Mon - Friday. So it's very easy for me to hit that 12 hours everyday. The weekend varies though.

Sorry for the confusing. I was asking how long does it take for them to give you the code?
Also does anyone know if you can stack them and use more than one at a store.

Thanks for the heads up on 12 hrs of shows. I wish there was a long show that started before I left at 6am for work

The rewards are all instant.

Oops! Sorry about that, hopefully there are others out there who can benefit from my long post.....

As someone else stated, you get your reward code instantly. Your rewards keep in the "rewards history" area in the Viggle app. Also they are supposed to e-mail you the reward as well. Which is great if you need to print out an e-gift card to bring into a store.

If you're not getting e-mails of your reward conformation, go back a page or two in this thread...I recently explained it just a day or two ago.

Try looking at channels like CNN or The Weather Channel....sometimes they have shows that run for hours.

Yesterday I noticed that Gap and Old Navy returned, and I was also thinking, what about the Target cards!

Anyone else notice that Target and Amazon are the only two rewards not being restocked? Oh, well. Target cards have been gone for what, like a month now? Not holding my breath. I'm really enjoying those Best Buy GCs!

So last night I did the checking in for 10 min for the bonus points and made close to 3000 points from primetime viewing! the only dud was the Lakers v Mavericks game that didn't give me my bonus points. It was my last check in of the night, I wonder if that had anything to do with it, I didn't check in until pretty late, like 10:30pm.

Just wondering if someone can tell me if there is a way to set the app up that when a show has questions to answer, like American Idol last night, that it alerts you when there is a new question. It seems I have to keep my screen on the whole time on my iphone or else I miss the question, it really is a pain in the butt. The little bell icon on the top right of the page is on, so I figured that would give me an alert, but its not. Any help would be appreciated.

I've got my account, but I was just wondering if my kids could sign up for it as well? DD15 and DD14 have iphones and DS9 has an ipod touch, but I wasn't sure if they were too young to sign up?

I looked on viggle's website, but didn't see any mention of an age limit one way or the other.

They'd love earning itunes gift cards though!

Thanks so much! I didn't see that anywhere on their site, but I figured there had to be some type of age limit. I'm glad at least the girls can participate. Maybe I can talk DH into doing an account to get DS some itunes gift cards. That's where your points are!

Yes, that is the status bar that all your notifications go to when you have "push" notifications, my texts, and facebook notifications go there if I don't check them immediately. I got a notifcation for the game but I only got 88 points, no 200 for bonus.

I was always wondering where those "push" notifications went!

I'm new to the whole smart phone thing....had a dinky pay-as-you-go phone for years. I've only had my iPhone for 8 weeks....still learning the ropes!

Yea, I would definitely contact Viggle about those bonus points that you didn't get. They should be able to help you out!

I'm afraid to contact viggle about anything. I don't want them looking too close I think I pushed the 100 point Wiz ad at least 50 times last night. Everytime I went to rewards and then back to what's showing it was reset. I couldn't resist.
