Viewing fireworks from Dream deck 10 midship balcony?

Our last cruise was on the Dream deck 10 starboard veranda. Deck 11 extends out several feet beyond your veranda. I doubt you could see the fireworks even if you were allowed to be out on the veranda.

Generally not because you can't see the deck show from there.
