View Requests for Studio Villa at the Beach Club Resort?

Hi Everyone!
We are starting to look into where we want to stay for our Dec. 06 WDW vacation and I was wondering if for the studio villas at the Beach Club Resort if there is an extra charge for a water, garden or Epcot view and if so how much more?
