View from Kidani GV standard?

Can anyone tell me what the view is from a Kidani grand villa standard? Is it worth it or do you need to be in savanna view?

Would you choose gv standard or 2 bdrm savanna?

As far as I know, at least (1) standard GV was next to my standard 1BR on the narrow "dog bone" portion of the Pembe savanna. Several animals graze at a few spots along the way, but they don't stay in front of your u all day.

The Pembe savanna has Okapi (wonderful creatures, they look like a shorter giraffe/zebra hybrid)...but no giraffe or zebras.

Savanna view 2BR might be closer to the lobby, and has a good chance of being on the bigger Sunset savanna... but the GV would be a more impressive room (with a 2 story living room, and (2) bedrooms upstairs)

I'm torn between getting us a 2 bdrm savanna and 1 bdrm standard for 7 nights or stay 3 nights in 2 bdrm standard and 4 in standard gv. I'll probably go with the first option just so we don't have to move and we might see more animals from our balcony, but I agree with you that the GV is so impressive!!! Such a hard choice!

The two are next to each other, one at the end of the sixth building unit from the lobby on the north wing and the other at the beginning of the seventh building unit. The views are actually fine and you see animals. The issue is that the savanna is somewhat narrow there because the outer fence comes closer toward the rooms.
