View from BC over Cape May Cafe?

Does anyone know if there is a good view of the lagoon, boardwalk and ship slide at SOB from a third floor room at BC over Cape May Cafe? I cannot tell from any of the photo's I've seen and we want to be sure it is an unobstructed view of these before we make any requests. I also want to be sure we have a full balcony and it looks like 3rd floor is the one for that since 4th doesn't appear to have them. Greatly appreciate any help!
