Videos of Disney Skits

You know how you go around the parks and they have all these little entertainers and shows? For example, the Pirate thing in MK (sorry, I never seen it so I don't know what it's called) or all the Christmas stories around World Showcase? I was wondering if anyone had videos of these little skits from around WDW that I could watch (I would assume they'd have to be online). I am particularly interested in the little shows around World Showcase, including everything from the drummers in Japan to Sergio (our favorite) to the Christmas stories.
