Videos at the DVC resorts

We usually stay at VWL. I have been complaining forever that their video selection is LAME. Well this past visit we stayed at BWV. What an awesome selection they have!! I asked the CM why they thought that VWL was so sad and BWV was so great. The only answer she could think of was that the different hotels obtained the videos, not DVC.

So, my question is this: How would one go about complaining about the very sad selection at VWL. Who would I speak to? Thanks!
