Videographer at the dessert party?

Hi Girls,

We are having an illuminations dessert party at the lower UK after our wedding reception.
We have our videographer booked all day and wondered is it allowed for them to film us during our dessert party?

Also, if anyone has any footage that was taken during a dessert party please feel free to post

We had our videographer with us at our dessert party. Our was at the marina at the GF though. I'm still waiting of the video though..

Yes. Since you have already signed your contract, you can have you videographer come into the park with you to shoot your dessert party.

we had videographer at the desert party, had him booked all day just a shame he didnt get there till the reception lol

I can laugh about it now, I wasnt at the time

You know, we decided not to get video of the DP because all the footage we'd ever seen was washed out by the videographer's light and looked shaky and amateurish. However, if your videographer's demo reel is anything to judge by, I think your party will look great!

We didn't bother getting the DP filmed in the end and we don't regret it. All he would have got is us eating or posing for the fireworks photos, we decided to have him stay longer during the day.

We are having our videographer from getting ready pre wedding right through till 10 at night, I think it will be nice to get footage of everyone enjoying themselves.

We had Stan at the dessert party. I am not sure how to even post that. If someone wants to PM that I will see what I can do.

We are also having Stan and he is definately staying for our IllumiNations dessert party. IllumiNations is our favorite thing at Disney and I want to make sure it gets captured in our video. Stan said he would just tape bits and pieces of it but honestly I want the WHOLE thing - including the talking in the beginning and where they blow out the torches around the lake - LOVE that part.

Almost everytime we watch IllumiNations I tape it at least once a trip. I would definately video tape it. Jonette - I would love to see yours - I'll send you a pm.
