So I have been searching for a Videographer. DF wasnt that pleased with the demo from STVS- he stated that sound quality sounded scratchy and then I noticed it too. Anyone else recommend any other videographer that I can research

thanks:goodvibes

Sorry to hear about the STVS demo but these are two I also really like:

Jeffrey Stoner Video at www.stonervideo.com - his work is viewed as expensive but it's sooo well editted!

I really like Kennedy Video Productions - I've attended a couple of Disney weddings that she has worked out and she's lovely to work with
http://kennedyvideoproductions.com/ but I will say you do have to wait a while around 6 months from what I've read for the video.

Thank you. I have been trying to get a hold of Kennedy but no luck:confused3

Caryn seemed pleased with the company she used. Check out her TR review of outside vendors.

I am using aMoment2Remember and while I haven't had my wedding yet... they have been SO nice on the phone and their prices are pretty reasonable. :)

Good luck!!!

How much should videography cost? Im sure it ranges but I would love to hear any advice.

hello i also used a moment to remember. i did the bronze package and with two addtional dvds it was 900 dollars. i love the video and it was done in two weeks. i ave pieces of it on my tr/pj. they are great people to work with!

Did anyone just use Disney videography? The video option is pretty expensive from any of the companies and I am wondering if I would be just as well off to use them for $1000 instead.

considering the experience one of our fellow disbrides just had, i wouldn't touch disney video with a 10 ft pole.

i loved my videographer, she was really amazing. tell her you're a disbride and i recommended you and see what she does for you price wise...

We loved Kennedy Video! I know you mentioned you haven't had luck getting a hold of them and I am sorry to hear that.

Yes I even sent him an e-mail and no response I am getting really upset:mad: because I fell in love with his demo he sent and so did my fiance

Same here. I have been emailing Kennedy too and no response yet.

I've heard good reviews about them though.

Have you tried calling him?, b/c I have been for days and there is no answering machine..

Caryn, thanks so much for posting about Star Fruit Productions!! Their videos are amazing! DH and I took time to view all the videographers mentioned here and we liked them the best. The only thing is, our second choice is STVS, especially because they shoot in high def, which is really important to DH. They will do our video on Blue-Ray too. I also like some of their extra special effects. We contacted them both by email and we had a response from both of them the next morning! Star Fruit said they will be shooting in high def the middle of this year so by the time we do our VR they will definitely offer that as an option! I am wondering if they are flexible with their packages and can you get the raw footage from them? That was also a plus with STVS, they have a package we liked and you can get the raw footage. So I guess we are torn between the 2! Both allow bookings from one year out. They were both really nice in their email and gave their price list.
