Video games/arcade on 4 day wonder?

I hope my 14 yr old son would not be playing video games while on this cruise but I know him too well. If there is an arcade or any video games, he will find them. Since you don't usually use cash on cruise, how can I limit him without taking away charging privileges? Can you buy some kind of card or can you actually use cash/coins? Thanks for any help or suggestions. Leaving in 5 days, can't wait.

You can't limit charging expenses, either he has them or he doesn't.....but you can buy him arcade cards to use in the arcade, the machines don't take cash.

Thanks for the help, I will definitely buy him and my other kids cards and allow them the charging privileges only for drinks and other necessities. I don't want them spending much time on arcade games, they're good kids but not much for self discipline when it comes to the video games. Thanks again.

They may get tired of the games there anyway...it was a small crowded room...oldish video games with many not even working last time I was there so after a visit or two they may get their fill.

Just remember that even if you do buy the separate cards for the arcade and don't deactivate the other cards, they can still use them in the arcade as well. The first time I went I just deactivated my sons cards (12 and 8) and bought the cards for arcades only. They didnt miss anything. This time I will probably do the same since you can now get free soda on one of the decks. My sons love video games but did not spend an extreme amount of time there. It is also small. Once they met friends they just sort of hung out together from sun up to the wee hours....................I mean people were coming to the door looking for them as if we were at home ENJOY
