This is our first time doing the video chat. Do we do the chat 30 days from the first day of our trip, the first day going to a theme park, or the last day going to a theme park?

If you just want to request registration for DAS, it is 30 within days of your first park day.

If you also want to arrange DAS Advance Selections, the information on the Disney website is that all park days must be in the window of 30 days to 2 days before your first park day.

Today was our 30th day window. Our first park day is nov 5 and last park day is Nov 12. We have a split stay. I went online right at 7 am and it was so quick. I was chatting with a cm at 703. He asked my daughter’s needs and why standing inline is difficult for her so I explained ( my daughter uses a wheelchair but has other medical needs and issues and she has qualified for a DAS in the past) and when I explained her needs, he said she qualifies. The cm booked all of our DAS advanced selections for all of our trip. We were able to get slinky dog for both of our HS days and Toy story mania, and Test track, soarin at Epcot.
