Hi.. I’m helping my mom get a DAS pass for her upcoming trip. When she goes I normally link her tickets to my Disney account. She doesn’t have a Disney account or email address. She is not tech savvy and doesn’t own a computer. She uses her magic band to get into the parks. When I do the video chat with her can I put in her info and use my email address/account. She is coming to my house this weekend so I can help and log in for her on my computer

That will work just fine.
As long as you have a My Disney Experience account and she is linked in it, it will work.
