Anybody have a video cel phone? How do you like it?
Hubby is going to miss our trip to Disney.(Just a short unexpected trip) Our 2 year old had a liver transplant when she was 10 months old. So with all the horrible procedures she goes through, he really doesn't want to miss the magic on her face. We are up for a new plan and I wonder how these phones are since they are so new. Are they worth it? (He thinks so)

I wouldn't use the cell phone instead of a camera!! You can get a very good digital camera for less than thoses phones cost. With a digital camera you can up-load the pic's to a web based photo site where your Dh can log on and see each days pic's. Set it up before you leave home!

Several co. have digital pic sites. This is a good . OFoto

You can seach for more.

http://www.textamerica.com has examples of video and photos taken with mobile phones.
Using their free moblog service is an easy way to get the photos from the phone to the people you want to show. I send my camera's photos to it all the time and they show up on the net instantly.
Most video phones have 15 to 12 frames per second. TV has 30, to give you and idea of how jittery the video from the phone will be.

I would just get a camcorder or digital camera that has movie mode. Better resolution than a video phone.
