Victoria's Secret deals?

I have been diligently stalking the VS website because DD wants one of their PINK Varsity Crew shirts for Christmas, but I'm having a tough time swallowing the $49 - $79 price tag. I get their emails, but never any coupons in the mail. I cannot find their Black Friday deals leaked anywhere. Is there any hope of getting a deal on this? Do should I bite the bullet & just get it now? I see they have a gift set that is a crew & pair of leggings for $59, which is slightly better, but she has tons of black leggings already, so I was really hoping to just get the shirt. Ah, the joys of a teenager!

I get coupons in the mail almost every 2 weeks and almost all of them include a coupon for a free panty with $10.00 purchase. You can just a body wash for $10.00 and get either VS or Pink pantie. Look inside the catalogs in the mail -- they always have 3 coupons in the center section.

They also have the "secret rewards" coupons with purchase that are valid from December 1 - 17. They are good for anywhere from $10.00 to $500.00 per purchase (they are encrypted so it's impossible to tell what they are worth until the cashier scans them). I have at least 5 of those put away until December.

I *always* use a gift card bought online at a discount when I shop there. I figure I'm paying at least 15% off the price which helps.

Also a lot of their promotions for PINK are a free gift with purchase, so I would jump on the black friday deal that was posted above. you can always return if they have a better deal later, but they pretty much stock their stores for holiday by Oct/Nov and try to sell out of everything, so the closer you get to Xmas the smaller the selection gets (I worked in a small store and we felt like they bled us dry, we literally sold nothing but giftcards and body sprays the few days before Xmas as our racks were empty). another option is a giftcard, they have sales starting right after Xmas. it is a bit of a risk but often people return tons of stuff and it goes right to the semi-annual sale rack which is why this sale is better than the summer one.

Are these deals on the PINK line or just the VS line? I got a flyer yesterday and it looks like it may just be the VS line.

I'll be getting up early to take advantage of these offers and be sure that I get that tote bag. You should also be able to do multiple purchases totaling $75.00 to get more than 1 tote (if you want to gift one). Just a thought
