Victoria Springs/Bomas/Jikos Wine Menu

OK so I have searched and searched and cant find a wine menu for any of these. Does anyone have one or know where to find one?

I'm trying to find out if they sell the Thelema Merlot by Stellenbosch at the hotel. It can be by the glass or by the bottle I don't mind. On the room service menu it has a few Stellenbosch but not this one!

I'm sorry that I can't say that I know the location of any wine lists.. I have to imagine, though, that the lists change frequently, depending on vintage quality and availability.
If you like Thelema's Merlot, and you can't find it there, I don't think you could go wrong with any of the merlot's Disney offers from the Stellenbosch, Paarl, or Franshoek regions of South Africa. Jiko has a great selection of these wines.

If you're feeling ambitious, after you find your merlot, try a shiraz from one of those regions.

Jiko is a great place to try SA wines. You'll never see some of those labels in the States.
