My DH and I are staying off property at the end of February. We will be without our kids and I would love to surprise him with a dinner at V & A's. The problem is, he can't eat red meat without getting violently ill. Does anyone have any experience with advanced dining here with food allergies? If I call ahead will the chef be able to offer him a meal without red meat? Ie...chicken, pork, fish...etc? I know this is a very specialized meal, but I'm hoping that we can do it......fingers crossed.
