Victoria and Albert's - Chef Table

I'm inside the 180 day window for ADRs. Does Victoria and Albert's - Chef's Table, work the same as all ADR bookings? Is there a waitlist?

Victoria and Alberts has there own reservation line as well. I was using it at Christmas for the Chef's table. Sorry I don't have it anymore.
