DH and I are going to V & A's next Sunday for our first anniversary. I am a somewhat picky eater but have dined at the Chef's Table with no problem. This time we are going to be in the main dining room. I know they give you choices for each course but if for some reason there is a couse that doesn't offer anything I am comfortable with, can I ask for the vegetarian option (I'm picky with meat and seafood...I'll eat any veggie)? I know they have a vegetarian menu available but I know you have to specify that in advance. Do you think a substitution that night would be available? I don't think I would want an entire vegetarian menu but I may want that option for a course. Thanks for any insight
