Victoria/Alberts 180 or 180+10

Okay....I know that V&A is 180 days for the chef's table, but after the ADR line is up to taking the 180+10 again can I book the dining room at V&A then or do I have to wait till the day I want to eat there to call (180 out)? I really want the chef's table but want to have a back up in place because no matter what that is #1 on the honeymoon. My 180+10 day is December 1st.

I believe the Chef's Table is exactly 180 days, to be fair to everyone.

Anything except CT is at the 180+10. CT is at the 180 only.

However, if you are on your honeymoon do you really want the CT? It is not quiet and romantic; howver, if you want to see the workings of a top-level kitchen it is something to do.

One thing you can do is explain when you make the reservation (and any V&A is done in a special office; not the regular operators) that you are on your honeymoon and would like the special CT menu.
