Via Napolitano and the BDP

I'm curious as we are two adults, one disney adult and one child. On the dining plan do we order individual pizzas? Can 2 adults share a pizza?

I know this must have been asked and answered previously, but searching a few pages I didn't see the question. Ty!

Via Napoli will only allow individial entrees to be ordered when using the dining plan. Credits can't be used for large pizza. I have also read that they won't allow sharing of individal pizza, everyone on the DDP must order an entree. But one of you could get pizza and the other gets an entree salad and then swap halfway

I just wanted to add what we did at VN a few years ago. We were 2 adults, 2 Disney adults & 1 child. DH & I used our 2 credits for meals & we paid OOP for a large pizza for the boys to split. It was plenty big enough & my boys can eat a lot of pizza. We saved 2 adult TS credits & 1 child TS doing this. We were able to use those credits at 50's Prime Time (a great place to share meals). We shared meals a lot that trip & were able to really stretch the free dining plan without ever feeling deprived. We shared meals at Wolfgang Puck Express, Kona Cafe, Rose & Crown, BOG (lunch), POR foodcourt.

Thank you, that's a great idea! We often split meals at QS locations, but haven't at TS. My grandmunchkins want to eat dinner at Coral Reef, so I was trying to decide if I should use 2 TS meals, but seeing the size of the large pizzas there, we will do better OOP.

Definitely better to do OOP there if you're all wanting pizza. Via Napoli is SUPER strict about not sharing pizzas and stuff while using the DDP.
