How does pizza ordering work when on the regular DDP?
Does it require a TS credit to be used for all?
Can an individual pizza be ordered and shared between 2 for 1 TS credit?
Can a large be ordered for 2 TS credits?
And finally do they have a kid menu?

How does pizza ordering work when on the regular DDP? They are strict there, no substitutions...only allow plain iced tea, plain coffee or coco-cola soda fountain drinks...cannot choose the Italian bottled sodas, or bottled water or fancy coffee drinks. They did not allow any subs or changes on the pizzas...the people at the next table tried to order one of the pizzas different than it was on the menu...there's a 4 cheese pizza that does not have red sauce like American cheese pizza. They wanted to order it with red sauce. Waiter very charmingly told them it could not be done, would be an insult to the chef...this pizza was a real taste of Italy and not a special order item. They kept asking, and he finally just said "no. you cannot change the pizza. We don't do that.

Does it require a TS credit to be used for all? Yes, no exceptions.

Can an individual pizza be ordered and shared between 2 for 1 TS credit? No. Each person at table has to spend TS credit, no sharing on the DDP there for individual pizzas or individual entrees.

Can a large be ordered for 2 TS credits? Yes, 2 people can but will cost each person a TS credit...but if 3 at the table, they require the 3rd person to order either an individual pizza or individual entree.

And finally do they have a kid menu? Yes

We LOVE Via Napoli, by the way. Have eaten there several times and have had most of the appetizers, most of the pizzas and most of the desserts. We love the 4 cheese pizza.

I've seen some posts to the effect that they've stopped allowing ordering of any pizzas other than individuals on the dining plan, but I don't have firsthand info.

I can vouch for this. On my Nov/Dec trip I ordered the quattro pizza and asked to substitute the ham, eggplant, or pepperoni for the mushroom portion (I didn't care which and had no problem letting the chef choose). I was quickly told they allowed no substitutions. I then asked if they could just leave the mushroom portion empty then and I'd just eat it as plain cheese. Again the waiter told me no, that the mushrooms had to go on it. Since they make them fresh, I didn't see what the big deal would be to just leave that quarter just plain sauce and cheese, but they wouldn't. Oh and this was paying OOP, not using the DDP. They still wouldn't budge.
