Decisions, Decisions!

WE ( myself, sister, daughter and 11 yr old GS) will probably only do one or the other as our only special sit down ADR for our upcoming January trip.

Myself and sister have been to VN but not for years, no one has been to TI. I'm torn. I think my GS would like seeing the huge pizza ovens and being able to see that all that going on. Ironically, I've never been seated in that part of VN. But, my daughter who is hearing impaired and wears hearing aids doesn't enjoy a noisy background at restaurants because she can't enjoy conversation as much.

My GS likes cheese pizza, buttered pasta ( with simple sauce) garlic bread and mozzarella sticks.

For those who have dined at both, give me your opinions on atmosphere/food, please!

We have eaten at both.

There is a sort of side room at VN that is much quieter than the main dining room. It used to be outdoor seating but it was enclosed several years ago. We prefer to be seated there. Perhaps arrive a little early at the restaurant and request that. You can still see the big pizza ovens on your way in and out of the restaurant. I don’t recall noise being an issue at either restaurant so long as we avoided the main dining room at VN (although you can have noisy guests anywhere).

Food wise it depends on what you like. VN is very good and is more pizza and pasta based. TI is more regional fare, and in my opinion has fewer choices if you want a pasta meal. However, we have had good meals at both.

I love a question with no wrong answers. Either way you'll be happy with what you decide.
Personally, I prefer to got to VN as I love their pizza.

I prefer tutto personally but if I was bringing a picky eater I would pick VN. You can get plain cheese pizza there.

I find VN hectic and the pizza is just ok to me. Tutto in my experience is quieter.

Will your DGS eat anything at tutto? it is not a Disney owned restaurant so they may not cater the same way Disney owned restaurants will.
