Via Napoli, Teppan Edo or Rose and Crown? Opinions

I have 1 lunch left on an epcot day. It is just DH and I (later that night we are at Citricos) Which of the 3 do you prefer???

Tepen Edo is our fav restaurant in EPCOT. One reason besides yummy food and a fun dining experience is that we never feel like we ate oo much after our meal. It would be my choice especially since you will be having such a nice dinner.
