Had an amazing lunch at Via Napoli today. Can't say enough about their wonderful pizza, so bummed I couldn't bring the other half of mine home, just wouldn't make it thru another 4 hrs of park time.
OH well, at least I had the chance to enjoy it which I never thought I would enjoy mozzarella, arugula, proscuitto and cantaloupe, such a strange combo that works amazingly! More about that as well as photos coming soon.
In the meantime here is a look at their delicious, rich appetizer...Arancini which is fried risotto balls with mozzarella and a meat ragu center, yuuummmm!!
