Via Napoli pizza?

I'm thinking about having lunch at Via Napoli and looking at their menu they have different size pizzas. Is the large pizza like a a regular size large pizza, because it says it feeds 2-3 people and there is one even bigger than that. I'd also like to here any opinions on the pizza, being from NJ we have many good pizza places around so I would hate to spend a lot on pizza if its just okay. Thanks, Linda

I have a friend who goes to Italy every few years and she said the pizza at Via Napoli is as close as you can get to a true Italian pizza...We went to Via Napoli a couple of weeks ago and my daughter had an individual pizza and couldn't eat the whole thing...I believe it was about 10 inches...She said it was the best pizza she's had! I had a pasta dish that was absolutely delicious as was our salad and desserts!!! Will definitely go back there...

We are also from NJ, so I can say the pizza from Via Napoli is different from what you would get at a NJ pizzeria. The crust is much thinner, crispier and isn't as covered in as much sauce and cheese. We love the pizza at Via Napoli, the flavors come from the fresh toppings.

I booked this for Dec but really would like to know how big the biggest is?? We have 2 hungry pizza lovers men, 2 women 1 8 yr old and 2 2 yr olds???

For your group, I would suggest at least two pizzas and one of them should be a large.

The pizza was delicious and it is true Italian pizza. Try the aqua frescas too--so yummy!!!!

There is a HUGE pizza that is available that they wheel in on a cart! It is, I believe rectangular and would probably feel 4 hungry men, if not more.

I'm always concerned for people who are from a place with a food specialty asking about their "home" dish at WDW. Imagine someone from New Orleans asking about the cajun dishes at WDW Compared to New Orleans cajun food almost anywhere else is going to be sadly lacking. Now ratchet that down another couple of notches because the place you are going is a theme park. It's not that it sucks, it's just that you're likely pretty set in your tastes about what makes a dish special. Disney doesn't make it that way.

I've never lived in a place with a great reputation for pizza, though I've always managed to find what I thought was good pizza. Our first Via Napoli visit was good, and we're planning to go back. If your hometown is an area "famous" for a particular dish, it might be something to avoid at WDW.
