If you have had both - or either I guess, which is better? I was going to book Via Napoli and then after looking at the other menu thought my kids might like it better at the other place- but I never hear it mentioned at all which makes me think maybe it's meh. We are on the dining plan, 1 adult, 1 13 year old girl, 1 7 year old girl

I haven't been to Via Napoli yet, but Tutto Italia was one our best meals at Disney. The food itself and the presentation were both great and we really loved the desserts! I have read in reviews that Tutto Italia is more stuffy and Via Napoli is more loud and casual. We did not find it stuffy at all, however. We did Tutto on the dining plan because it is expensive and I wouldn't pay that much for a meal OOP so it was a great opportunity to try it. On our next non dining plan trip we plan to try Via Napoli however.

Via Napoli, for sure.
I agree, Via Napoli is by far my fave italian restaurant in disney. Their pizza is incredible...and their pasta is outstanding. My faves: Candele Pasta. OMG. Its so good. My DS had the fetuccini alfredo and loved it. For pizza my fave is the quattro fromaggi and the pepperoni. I have pics in my link below if you're interested. BTW the tiramisu will knock your socks off.

I had the lasagna at tutto and thought it was delicious. However, I still like via napoli more. :)

Thank you for your link.

We are trying Via Napoli for the first time in November and I was debating what we should eat.

Is there meat in the candele pasta? What kind of pizza did you have?

And we'll be there during F&W so can't wait to try all the food. We were lucky enough to be at F&W this April and loved Shrimp and Grits.

We haven't tried the other but do love Via Napoli! We enjoy the pizza and pasta dishes

What do you guys normally order from Via Napoli? Can't decide what to order when we go in November...

I've done both in the last 6 months. Both are good & it really depends on what you are looking for. Napoli is slightly less formal . Think of Bertuccis vs Olive Garden for comparison. I think Napoli's menu has more that would appeal to more people, particularly kids, but kids will enjoy food at both. Personally, I'd pick Napoli because the food made me want to go back. I also unfortunately got food poisoning at Tutto so I'm a little tainted. But I'm pretty sure it was mishandled salad so I'm not going to hold it against them.

My family was very underwhelmed by Tutto Itallia (the adults). My kids, who were 7 and 8 when we went, enjoyed their meal (pasta and meatballs IIRC). My kids weren't with me when I went to Via Napoli, but I'd take them there in a second. I enjoyed the food better, and the atmosphere was much livelier and suited to their ages, even now that they're older. I had a really fun evening there when I went with my siblings and assorted adult nieces.

Via Napoli is our choice. Its a more fun restaurant and the food is great!

We enjoyed both of them but constantly make Via Napoli a staple to our trips. My vote would be Via Napoli.

Via Napoli is a family tradition and we order a Mezzo Metro..Half pepperoni and ham, and half mushrooms and jalapeños.....

If you are going for pizza then I would choose Via Napoli. If you are wanting something else I would go with Tutto Italia. Via Napoli is a louder atmosphere whereas Tutto Italia is much quieter. They both in their own way are enjoyable. As for service, they both also have very good service. When we dined at Via Napoli my wife got a personal pizza (I snuck a bite, LOL) and it was the best pizza in WDW. As for my dish, I had the veal Parmesan and thought it was rather average. Not bad, but just not great. I also thought roasted potatoes was an odd side dish. My DD got the lasagna and said it was good, but again not great. Either way I don't think you will be disappointed in either one.

Another point about VN, its much more than pizza. Yes, their pizza is very good. I wouldn't turn down a slice right now (and its only breakfast time) but its also looking further on their menu. Lots of good things there.

Yes there's meat in the candele pasta dish. Its outstanding. I had the four cheese pizza, my fave. So very very good. Pepperoni is also quite good.

Im going again to F&W this year. It was my first time last year and I LOVED it!!!

Just a personal suggestion - I'm not right, no one else is wrong....

Neither.

Instead, consider taking the boat to the SWAN. And enjoy Il Mulino. I am Sicilian - Il Mulino is the real deal, and probably the BEST Italian Restaurant on WDW property.

Again, all personal opinion - I'm not right, no one else is wrong....

Via Napoli for sure! Closest "authentic Italian" I've had anywhere in FL...and that's coming from an Italian. Didn't care for Tutto. I felt like it was very stuffy in there and food was just ok.
