Hey All, Can we confirm the reservation on DisneyWorld.com are legit for Via Napoli. I know that sounds crazy but they only have 2 times for every day 4:45 and 7 I believe. I took the 7 for one day but I want to be sure they weren't still testing the system and it all good until I cancel my other dinner reservation for that day.

The time thing is strange, but yes, they are legit. I'm guessing that the time thing is more due to the new operations of the restaurant than anything. More than likely (imo) they have not yet gotten pacing down or an average turnover yet, so they're sticking to wider spans to account for it.

I would guess that more time slots will open up as they get more into the groove.

I have 2pm adr for december so don't know what the issue for you is. I do have my number, etc so I assume its legit.

The 4:45 and 7pm were the dinner times available.

12:45 and 2pm were the lunch ones originally available. (And I think 11:30 as well).

I, accidentally or luckily, made reservations on the first day they were available online and got a 5:45pm for a Sunday in December. but i do believe that that 4 and 7 time that you have been seeing were the only other two options for dinner.

I was offered a 7 pm when I called in. On line I also was offered a 7:45, but the CM didn't have that available.

I have an 11:30 lunch in mid September, and a 5:45 dinner in early January. Got both of those the first day reservations were being taken (think that was August 6?) So don't know if the system was glitching on & off and maybe I just got lucky because I sure would not have wanted any of those times others are talking about, lol.

I'm thinking that the common times that we see (and you'll see it much more perusing the "I booked Via Napoli online" thread) had several slots, while the random different times were very limited. Again, focusing on getting pacing right, they likely would have thrown a few "off" times in there too. We'll see how it goes :). (Though, my 7pm was perfect time, as I have an 11:30am Le Cellier lunch that day ;))
