Via Napoli DxDP - Dessert Question

We have a trip coming up where we are going to be using the dining plan for the first time.

Does anyone know if the Ugly But Good Sundae at Via Napoli is covered by the Deluxe Dining Plan? And if so, can me and my husband each get our own?
If it's not, is there another dessert that is worth trying?

Yes, each of us have always ordered the "Ugly, but Good" sundae for our desserts on the dining plan. It is our favorite dessert and it is so good we won't share!
