Via Napoli CS or TS

I thought the new Via Napoli restaurant was supposed to be a CS restaurant, but looking at the menu it appears to be TS. Does anyone know for sure?

I also heard TS only! And everything out there recently advertising it also states TS only.

It will be a Table Service restaurant. There was rumor about a possible take-out window that was based on the fact that the sister restaurants (Napoli in DTD at Disneyland and another restaurant in, NYC I think (or is it NY, NY in Vegas? one or the other)) both have this feature. This was confirmed by the latest information to not be the case for Via Napoli though.
