Via Napoli and Illuminations

Has anyone eaten dinner at Via Napoli and watched Illuminations while dining? I currently have an ADR for dinner at 8:30 and am wondering if that will be good timing for 9:00 Illuminations.....

We were seated outdoors at Via Napoli during our last trip and couldn't see Illuminations. I have seen people get up and go watch them and then go back to their meal but your food gets cold and your server doesn't much appreciate it so I would add a little extra on the tip.

Pretty sure you can't see Illuminations from this restaurant.

You will definitely be unable to see Illuminations while dining at Via Napoli.
