When ordering off their menu using a dining credit is this a "1" credit restaurant and also are we limited as to what we can order. For example can you only order an individual size pizza as an entree?

You can order any entree on the menu, including the pasta dishes. Adults may pool their entree entitlements for larger pizzas: 2 entitlements = large, 4 entitlements = meter.
