VH have emailed the tickets-are they winding us up?

The email from Virgin came saying
"Your new travel documents are here. Here's your confirmation that your holiday has been changed. Just as we agreed"

We haven't changed anything-we go in 3 weeks! We've scrutinised the tickets and itinerary and cannot see anything amiss. Has anyone else had an email similair which has panicked them or are they picking on me as they know I get paranoid about things going smoothly?

We ha similar, without chamges except they put the price up! The retracted this after many calls
