VGT for Xmas?

I'll have to watch and see if they add a FL discount on that cruise as well! Have always wanted to do a NYE sailing, but haven't been able to justify the price.

Even with the discount I sill can't justify the price.

The New Years eve one is discounted, but not the 5 night before it on 12/26. The 5 day has a lot of rooms left I'm assuming discounts will come. I have not sailed on the Fantasy in 7 years. I'm officially on a Christmas\ early January Fantasy GT watch. I suggested trying the Destiny and my family looked at me like I was nuts. The theming looks fun, but it's still the same ship we didn't like.

Travel has become so much more expensive since COVID... We will see what that means moving forward... I just hope DCL doesn't adopt cost-cutting measures like making the food worse or going to once a day housekeeping... Those are probably the two biggest things that would get me to go to another line.

I think most lines have gone to once a day housekeeping. Honestly I preferred it. I don't need someone in my room twice a day, but I get the issues if you have 4 in a room and need the bunk bed put up. The sofa is easy to put up and down yourself.

There are some decent prices in January on the Dream and Fantasy. If they discounted them 20%- 30% that would be great.

I agree prices went up to a lot since Covid, but that's on everything. I think were in the "everything bubble".
