VGF Standard Studio Request

Hoping someone might be able to let me know if there are any preferred or very undesirable rooms? Half balconies or anything that might be disappointing? I know requests are just that...requests.

It's our first stay at GF and I would love some experienced advice

Does anyone know what floor the laundry room is on and what I will need? I've also never used a WDW laundry room
