VGF resale price and walkway to MK

So it looks like it is really happening! Very Happy about this! But what took so long!

Can't wait to see what type of bridge they use to traverse the canals. Swing, Draw Bridge, or just an elevated one.

This will not up the value of the VGF. It if did, it probably would have been done long ago as it would have upped what they could charge at the GF.

While it is a long walk (particular at the end of the day), any other options can not be bad. Getting away from the MK has become a nightmare at times.

And with the Duct Tape monorails being 27 years old...

To do this, the would also either have to build a second bridge behind the convention center, or swing the walkway out to the west, toward floridian way, then back in. Not that they couldn't do that, but it would add to the length of the walk, and might not be the mostly scenic view

Have you walked from BWV to HS? I don't think they are particularly concerned about it being scenic .

DVC news is saying the walk from MK to VG will be roughly the same distance as BWV to HS

I push a double stroller at a moderately fast pace and call it my "workout." It's the only way I can eat what I want at WDW and at least not *gain* weight.
