VGC - Transient Occupancy Taxes

Well now that the bomb has dropped about about VDH and it’s taxes, what do we think is going to happen to VGC? Are they going to separate them out? Charge for parking? A whole new Pandora’s Box has opened!

I feel more excited today in my VGC contracts than when I purchased them? And the excitement didn't cost me more money

I really don't think there is anything such as a locked in City Tax, this is a huge issue in Hawaii, especially Maui. They built way too many timeshares and condos, and not enough 5 star hotels, so now they have discovered they are losing a lot in the taxes. This whole hotel tax thing is getting out of control
