If not, what's the current incentive? How small of an add-on can you buy?

I should contact my guide but I'm at work and don't have his info......

It is not sold out, in fact it isn't selling as expected. I understand that the incentive is scheduled to increase latter this month.

I think it isn't selling as expected because they aren't marketing it. I think a model at the SSR sales center would do wonders for sales, although I bet they believe a model would be a waste for a 50 villa resort when they need the space for AKV and BLT.

Interesting rumor about increased incentives. Any insight??

Just got off the phone with my (NEW!!) guide, Rob Pavese. Points are still available for $112 w/o the incentive for a purchase of 25. Points are $96 if you buy 50 or more.

Can't believe we're considering this! I'm waiting to hear about a raise and I find out on Wednesday. If I get it, we might call the West Coast "home"!

So for a small purchase there is no incentive at all??? I'm kinda thinking I might sell my OKW and get more VGC..but not at regular price. The incentives were making VGC downright cheap..

Keep in mind that VGC is selling well, just not at the supercrazy rate some expected.

Given the small number of rooms to sell, Disney seems to have decided to "spend" it's marketing budget with a few extra $$$ per point discount, rather than any actual marketing efforts. Good for us buyers!

I think you're right. It's probably more beneficial to actually market the large resorts.
A few bucks off per point, and the small resort will sell fairly quickly without advertising.
