VGC Sold out soon?

I am waiting to close on my BWV resale and when I do, I will add on at VGC. I passed ROFR on 5/22, used TSS. Got an email from Jerry saying that the final documents should come in two weeks. All I need to do is send them in with final payment and we are members.

I really don't know how long it will take, maybe 3 more weeks. Does anyone actually know how close VGC is to selling out? What are the chances it sells out in the next month?

Since, I am talking to the King of Disney Vacations, would 60-75 points be a decent amount for a DL trip. Don't plan on going every year. Any help would be great!

I'm about to buy at VGC (hopefully this afternoon). I know 4 nights in Adventure season (the 2nd least expensive time - when we usually go) in a studio would be 68 points. I was originally going to get 75 points to cover 4 nights and a 5th night every other year, but am going to round up to 100 to make it even.

That depends on how many nights you're planning on spending, what time of year, and what type of accomodation.

One other consideration with DL is that in the off-season usually the fireworks and some of the shows are only on the weekends. If you're normally a Sun-Thur person at WDW you may want to consider a weekend day or two for DL unless you're going in the summer or during holiday periods.
