Very Warm Touch Screen Gloves

I saw someone on another thread suggest these gloves for a Christmas gift & thought that's exactly what my DH needs. He travels for work & visits jobsites. These sites can be anywhere east of the Mississippi. Most of last winter was spent in the Northeast. He froze trying to use his phone outside on the jobsite.

I'm hoping some of you can offer suggestions for really warm gloves that have a reliable touch screen feature. While warmth is important, the touch screen feature is my biggest concern.

I got DS some Isotoner touch screen gloves last year when he moved to NYC. He's often on his phone while walking around the city and needs his hands to stay warm.
