Very quick Trip - Suprise for Dh - Boma?

I am taking Dh on a very quick trip to WDW and HHN as a belated birthday/early Christmas gift. We will basically have two days, one night of which will be at MNSSHP and the other at HHN. Since we won't have kids, I'd like to try someplace different to eat. How about Boma? We've never eaten there before.

If it's just the two of you, why not try Jiko? It is more intimate than the Boma buffet.

BOMA has outstanding food with great variety. However, it's a busy place. There are people walking around to and from the buffet stations, CM's bringing drinks, clearing plates, lots of noise. We love it; it's our must-do every trip but that's because we love the food, not the noise. If I were doing a special adult-only meal, I would probably pick somewhere else and save BOMA for a trip where the entire family can enjoy it.

I definitely agree to try Jiko. Leave the buffets for when you have kids with you.
