Just returned from 4-night stay at POFQ, and except for one small glitch, it was great!
Okay, small glitch first, then onto the good things.... We took DME to the resort, and were told that our luggage should be in our room in about 2-3 hours. No problem, this was just before noon and we were planning on spending the day and most of the evening at MGM. Well, when we got back to our room just after 10 pm, our luggage was not there. I called Bell Services, and at first I was told "Your bag should have been delivered to your room at 12:30". Well... yes, it should have been, but it wasn't, so where is it? It took them about 20 minutes, but they did track it down and brought it right over to our room.
Other than that small incident (and since they found and brought the bag over in less than half an hour I really can't get too worked up over it), everything else was great!
I faxed a room request a couple of days prior to check in (I'm almost 7 months pregnant and we asked for a ground floor room in building four), and this request was granted - our room was even ready for us even though we were checking in just after 11 am. No problems with Mousekeeping, our room was fresh and clean every day.
CMs were friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the food court, good selection available. Great pool and hot tub (even though I could only put my feet in the hot tub!). Bus service was efficient, the only time we had to wait for a 2nd bus was the night we were leaving MGM just after Fantasmic... other than that, it seemed that buses were just pulling up as we approached the gates and we didn't have to wait at all
Overall, I would say that we had a great experience and definitely plan to stay at POFQ again!
