My 9 year old lives on only a few select foods. Some of our ADRs don't have any of his items on their menus. Are you allowed to bring in food from another restaurant? If we go to a buffet and he's already eaten will we still be charged the full price?

I don't know about bringing in food from other restaurants. I have read that if you ask your server for something special they might be able to get it.

I do know that if you go to a buffet - you will be charged full price regardless of how much they eat. This is why we do not take our picky eaters aged 10 and 13 to buffets any longer.

Did you say your child is 9?? They are not charged as an adult until they are 10.

Lots of luck!!

Oops, I misread the second part of your question. I do not know if they would charge you if he has already eaten, but, you might have a better chance of finding something he likes at a buffet and since he is nine it is less expensive.

He eats chicken tenders, fries, grilled cheese (white bread w/american) and some types of cheese pizza. We have ADRs at Akershus, California Grill and Spoodles. I looked over their menus and am not optimistic. I was thinking he could either eat before hand or we could get a counter service chicken/fries and bring it in. I would just hate to pay $14 at Akershus for him to maybe eat a piece of bread or two.

At Ohana's they noticed my kids were not eating the menu items and they offered them mac n cheese and chicken fingers. They told me just ask.....

Hi and welcome to the picky eaters club My ds 12 is the same way but he wont eat the grilled cheese:sad2: He will eat an occasional hot dog or some plain pasta, most of the buffets had chicken tenders or nuggets. I have adr's for CR, WCC and Le Cellier I am going to feed him before hand at all of these and just get him a drink and desert and everyone will be :)

have a great trip:cool1:
